This is a beautiful handmade and hand painted centrifugal suspended roundabout. A classic traditional toy that has instant appeal to infants, young children and big kids! When the roundabout is gently pushed it revolves, so that it acts as a flywheel winding the strings or cords around the centre rod. This forces it to rise upwards. When the end of the cords is reached gravity takes over making the roundabout fall unwinding in the opposite direction as it falls. Friction and loss of momentum bring it to a stop. Great fun, great presents and an educational toy!
